After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Forlann reserves the right to refuse orders in the following cases:

incorrect data,

insufficient stock.
Orders cannot be canceled or changed after they have been placed due to our automated processing system.
4. Prices & Payments
All prices on our website are in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped from Belgium.

Forlann is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect address details.
6. Returns & Exchanges
You can return items within 30 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs are always borne by the customer.
In case of an exchange, we will ship the new product free of charge.
Products must:

be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged,

contain all original labels and packaging.
We may refuse returns if items show signs of wear or damage.

7. Warranty & Defects
We adhere to high quality standards.
Received a defective item? Please report this within 48 hours of delivery via info@forlann.com with photos of the product and packaging.
Incorrect or defective items will be replaced free of charge.
Wear and tear due to use is not covered by the warranty.
8. Liability
Forlann is not responsible for:

loss or damage during transport,

indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of income,

errors caused by incorrect use of the product.
Our liability shall always be limited to the purchase price of the product.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website (images, logos, texts, designs) belongs to Forlann.
