At Forlann, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. Not satisfied with your purchase? Then you can easily return or exchange it.
Returns

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt.

The return costs are always borne by the customer.

You will receive confirmation once your return shipment has been processed (usually within 5–7 business days after receipt at our warehouse).
Exchange
Would you like a different size or color?

Please contact us first at info@forlann.com to start your exchange request.

The costs for returning the original item are borne by the customer.

We will ship the replacement item free of charge as soon as your return has been processed.
How does returning or exchanging items work?
Step 1 — Contact us at
Send an email to info@forlann.com with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.
Step 2 — Pack your items
Place the packing slip and items in the box, ensuring they are well protected.
Step 3 — Send your package
After contacting us, you will receive return instructions for sending your package.
💡 Tip: Want to receive a new item faster? Place a new order and then return your original order for a refund.
Conditions for returns and exchanges

Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed with all original tags attached.

Brand boxes, dust bags, and cards must be included.

Returns from the same order must be sent in one package.

We do not accept returns that show clear signs of use.
Incorrect or defective items
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@forlann.com with photos of the item and the packaging.
In this case, we will cover the costs of replacement or return shipping.
Unacceptable returns
We reserve the right to refuse returns when items:

show clear signs of wear or use

washed, damaged, or altered

be returned without original packaging or labels
These will be returned at the customer's expense.
