Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped from Belgium with fast worldwide delivery, Track & Trace, and easy returns. Follow here your order here.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please note that tracking may take several hours.
Important:
Due to our automated fulfillment process, addresses and orders can no longer be modified. Delivery from Monday to Saturday.
Order cancellation/change
Once you have received an email confirming your order, it is no longer possible to change your order or address details. We work with an automated fulfillment partner. To guarantee fast delivery, orders are processed almost immediately. If you have made a mistake in your address details, please contact our customer service.
Delivery issues
If your order takes longer than indicated, we recommend that you check your tracking information.
1. Shipping status: Delivered
If the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered, we recommend that you ask your housemates and/or neighbors if they have received the package on your behalf. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service. We will then initiate an investigation with the transport company. This investigation can take up to two weeks. Average resolution time: 4 days.
2. Shipping status: no updates / (error) code
If the data has not been updated for a few days (5-10) or if an error message is displayed, please contact the relevant transport company. Our customer service department can also initiate an investigation with the transport company. These investigations can take up to two weeks. Average resolution time: 3 days
3. Shipping status: returned to sender
If the information shows that the package has been returned to our distribution partner, we recommend that you contact our customer service. We will investigate why the package was returned and resend the item to you.
Important information:
If the customer has entered the address details incorrectly, we are not liable for packages that are delivered to the wrong address or lost by the transport company.
Returns/exchanges
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Try on your purchase at home. Shop with confidence, knowing that our returns and exchange policy is simple and straightforward. You can choose to exchange items or return them for a refund or store credit.
30-DAY RETURN AND EXCHANGE PERIOD
A return or exchange request must be submittedwithin 30 days of receipt. The transport time for the return is not included in this period.

The costs for a return shipment are borne by the customer.
In the event of an exchange, we will always ship the replacement product to you free of charge.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Return products in the condition and manner in which you would like to receive them yourself.
Items must be returnednew, unused, and with all tags attached.
Original brand boxes, dust bags, hang tags, and cards must be included in the return shipment. The packaging is part of the product.
To ensure smooth processing, please return all items from a single order inone shipment.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse a return shipment if the item shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered in any way from its original condition. In that case, we may refuse the refund or apply a reduction in value. Refused return shipments may be returned at the customer's expense.

Incorrect/defective goods
We have strict quality controls in place. All items are thoroughly checked for any defects before being shipped to the customer. Items are considered defective if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing defect occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered defective*.
Incorrect item:
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact our customer service and send us a photo of the item AND the box (the label). We will exchange the incorrect item(s) at our expense.
Defective item:
If you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service and send us a photo of the item. Where possible, we offer to repair defective items. If you wish to exchange your item, please note that we can only replace it with the same product in the same size, depending on availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
